How do I order my Repeat Prescription?

• Online at: Vision Online. If you are not registered for online services and you would like to register, please complete our online Register For Online Services Form.
• In writing and handed in at least 3 working day (72 hours) before you need your medications.

We do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to consult with a pharmacist, a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. The notification date should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions. If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, you will need to fill out our online Medication Review Form.
