Routine appointments
Appointments are for one person only. If more than one member of the family needs to see the doctor or nurse, please book appointments for each person.
You may see any GP, however you may have to wait to see a particular doctor.
It is the patient’s responsibility to attend appointments on time. The doctor may ask you to re-book if you are late.

- phone us on Glyndon Medical Centre 020 8854 6444 or Samuel Street Surgery 020 8854 1222
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) or Patient Services to book an appointment, screening test or vaccination
- use our nurse or healthcare assistant appointment request form and we will respond within 4 working hours
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or healthcare professional to help you.
Emergency appointments
If you think you need to see the doctor or nurse as an emergency, emergency appointments are available to book on the day on a first come basis and are not pre-bookable. If there are no appointments available you may be offered an appointment at the local hub.
